★ A process has finished, I completed my final practicum... and after all this time I can say that I learned many things that helped me to grow as a professional and as a person too. I must say that it wasn't so easy, I had to prove myself in many ways, I had to know the students, to plan every lesson and to look for better and interesting ways to teach, I had to learn how to manage a group of 39 chatty girls I had to improvised when something didn't go out as I had it planned and. I had to manage different situations.
This was the first time I taught at a school so it was a real challenge and I could see how much I improved through time. I improved my performance and made a lot of progress :) ★
